  • Company name and industry sector
  • Business turnover (approximate bands only)
  • Packaging materials data (weights by material type)
  • Product information (names, retail prices)
  • October 2025 EPR invoice details (if applicable)

We do NOT collect: Financial statements, bank details, personal identification numbers, or sensitive personal data.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis: Contract Performance)

We use this data solely to deliver the Statutory Liability Forecast service you have commissioned. This constitutes trade economic analysis and regulatory cost modelling.

4. How We Store It

  • Data is stored in password-protected Google Drive folders
  • Access is limited to Godfred Frimpong only
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Two-factor authentication is enabled on all systems
  • We do NOT share your data with third parties

5. How Long We Keep It

  • Active client data: Retained for duration of service delivery (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Completed reports: Retained for 12 months for reference purposes
  • After 12 months: All data is permanently deleted unless you request otherwise

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (free of charge)
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
